Emma’s circuit fitness class is the best I’ve ever done. It’s perfect for all levels of fitness as Emma talks you through different intensity levels of each exercises so you can tailor the whole circuit to what suits you. Emma explains what you need to do so well, I’ve learnt how to properly do exercises and stretches that I’ve done since school that I never understood before.
